6700xt has been stuttering with new drivers

my 6700xt has been stuttering with new drivers so i rolled back to old drivers and now i cant get into the adrenaline app without updating drivers my gpu works perfect on the driver version 31.0.12027.9001 is there anyway I can get adrenaline without updating drivers

31.0.12027.9001 is a Microsoft provided driver which will not work with AMD Adrenalin software.

You can confirm this by opening Device Manager and checking the Driver properties tab.
