I've bought 2 6650 GPU's last couple months - One Gigabyte, and one MSI, and they both have the same problem.
Alt-Tabbing from certain applications causes the GPU to crash - black screen, which restores in about a minute with a window to inform AMD about the crash.
On my PC, it happens occasionally (perhaps 10% of the time). On my daughter's PC, it happens with greater frequency (e.g. 70% of the time). Her most common application usage is alt-tabbing from Minecraft to discord.
I'm assuming that because this is in 2 cards in 2 different computers, that this must be an AMD issue (perhaps something correctable with the drivers).
Does anyone know of an interim fix for this? Or perhaps a previous driver version we could roll-back to where alt-tabbing doesn't cause crashes?
