Hello i have the same issue with my sapphire pulse 6600xt, at first boot the screen turned black and I cannot access Windows 10, at second boot it work normally like nothing happen. I can play games with this card with no issue...I still think maybe this is a driver failure or something like that, maybe in the next patch AMD will fix this i hope....
