So I just updated my drivers and have been experiencing some issues with performance. Ever since I updated, I have been having issues playing a game and watching something like twitch on the other monitor. It causes lag and stuttering. The average temp of the GPU underload is only around 65C to 75C at the highest. I have noticed that while it was actively failing it was only using 35 watts of power. 35W seems extremely low for a GPU running lost ark on top settings and also a twitch stream. I am wondering if others are experiencing the same issue and have come up with a solution.
