Hello there was the following problem:
When the computer is idle, the graphics card automatically raises the GPU clock to 100%.
As soon as I move the mouse across the screen, the frequency returns to normal.
In addition, there are freezes and crashes in some games (city skylines).
I used both the recommended and the latest driver version
PC config: i5 4590 + 16gb ram + RX 5700XT (Founders edition)
