When I turn on any monitor hertz mode, random flickering occurs as shown in the video. But the flicker data disappears at a monitor refresh rate of 144 Hz! However, if a game requires 60Hz, like Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, these flickers appear constantly and annoy. On the driver version up to 12.2 this was not, appeared on new versions of the driver.
This happens even on the desktop and in the browser if I set <144 Hz
