5600xt driver install Crashes windows 10

When ever I try to install any of the drivers for my 5600xt using radeon-software-adrenalin-2020-20.12.1-minimalsetup-201207_web.exe my pc turns off and either turns back on into recovery mode or back into windows normally with no effect. All of my motherboard drivers and BIOS are up to date and I have tried lots of different things. Does anyone have a solution to this?

I have this same problem. The "engineering department" so far has only recommended installations of different versions of adrenalin, and reinstallation of the operating system, but no real solution. I have already lost 4 hours trying to solve this problem.
