The thing is, that when i do a clean install of the driver or any other method it says that the driver did not load properly.

Does someone know how i can resolve this issue?

Try installing HP OEM AMD VGA Mobile driver and see if everything works correctly without errors in Device manager.

If the above HP AMD VGA Driver fixes the problem with the 5500M then try updating using AMD own Mobile driver from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/amd-ryzen-processors/amd-ryzen-5-mobile-processors-radeon-graphic...

That is if your HP Laptop processor is a 5600H AMD APU Processor.

I have looked up the ryzen 7 5800h variant but it did not work either.

After following every step this happens.

did you download and install HP's OEM AMD Driver and see if it works or not?

If it didn't then you need to open a HP SUPPORT Ticket to have your laptop checked.
