I found out that when i watch 4k videos, e.g. on Youtube, the video starts to stutter and doesnt play smoothly anymore. After some troubleshooting (Hardware Accel. on/off, new bios etc.) I found out that the video only lags when instant replay is enabled.
As soon as I disable instant replay the video is playing smoothly. I even can reproduce this "bug" 100% of the time.
Already reported this behaviour throught the amd bug submission tool.
Maybe someone knows a fix for this?
