In ADRENALIN 24.1.1 Something is wrong with shader caching. Very low compilation performance and high CPU utilization.
How to reproduce:
1)Install 24.1.1 after DDU, or on a clean new system, if the driver is already installed, do Reset cache
2)Run any game from the list: Starfield, The Last of Us, Atomic Heart - measure the cache time speed, it is 5-10 times higher than on 23.11.1 or 23.12.1 driver.
3) Smoothness of gameplay in Insurgency Sandstorm (UE4 engine) is bad, because of on-the-fly caching. Overall fps is more jittery

CPU- Ryzen 5950x, Stock settings
MB - MSI MPG X570S CARBON MAX WIFI, latest Uefi with Agesa 1.2.0.B - Stock Load defaults settings
Ram Gskill F4-3200C14D-32GTZSW - 16*2GB - 32GB Overall
SDD Samsung 850 pro 256MB + 1TB Samsung evo 970
VGA -Power Color Red Devil 6800xt- Factory Stock settings
PSU be quiet straight power 11 850w
Operating system, Windows 11 23h2 (22631.3085), clean install
AMD Chipset driver 5.08.02.027
Adrenalin 24.1.1 in Minimal setup profile
System storage is intact( sfc /scannow - no errors)
With previous drivers 23.12.1 and 23.11.1 everything is perfect, in all my applications and games. Cache speed is acceptable, fps is stable and very smooth.
