There is a drop fps/stutter with drivers beyond 21.2.3

Sapphire 6900XT
I already sent you bug reports through AMD Adrenaline Bug Report Tool
many have these issues, some don't notice, but it's visually and should be able to see it. totally visible in every VR game, and some normal games. Also, HDR doesn't detect automatically for Zombie Army 4.
