But, or at least from what I can understand via translator, you are asking if the amd drivers are for all PCs or just amd graphic cards? If you are referring to amd graphic card drivers, then the answer is yes. If you have an amd graphic card in your PC you can use the amd graphic card drivers for your amd card of course.
(it feels kind of silly to even answer this btw.)
