This could be something as simple as the BIOS when queried miss identifying the CPU or maybe microsoft is getting it wrong or ... depending on how you got it, it could be something as nasty as a CPU which has had it's markings replaced and sold as something it isn't it's hard to know completely without knowing its provenance.
