I bought a Ryzen 5000 series and Gygabyte B550m DS3h have tried everything and get no video.
Fans start, but no video. Steps taken to troubleshoot.
1. Removed memory, changed memory around different slots.
2. Tried to different video cards, still no video.
3.- updated bios on board via Gygabyte procedures, still no video.
4.- Bought another Gygabyte B550m DS3h board to discard board being bad, still no video.
5.- Used to different monitors one with DVI and one with hdmi no video, tried with multiple cables nothing.
Wondering if processor is bad or compatibility issues between board and processor. Don't know what else to test.
Any help will be appreciated.
