How does one submit a case to RMA a CPU that is bad! I have troubleshooted all pathways for the no post and q code 68.

The account for warranty services is different from your AMD forums logon. If you have never created an account for warranty services previously, create a new account.
Here are the steps to prepare for warranty service. Since it seems you've already performed troubleshooting and determined the processor is bad (per Microcenter) skip down to step 3, to collect the OPN and S/N from the processor or box. Then simply click the link for warranty service.

Thank you for the reply. Upon follwoing your steps and jumping to steps 3. After clicking the Request Warranty Service. I am them prompted with another page and a sign in request. Sign back in but it then basically takes me to a blank page. Attachment 1. Attachment 2 is of me clicking Claim History and Status.
There are no other selections for me to begin the Request Warranty Process.

Yes had to create a new account with secondary email for it to load properly. My qulessgaming profile would not send me to the right page.
