The Ripjaws S5 are programmed for Intel XMP, which is also supported for AMD, in addition to EXPO.

Check your motherboard memory QVL list to see if the kit you have has been tested compatible.

Or post your motherboard and memory kit that you have.

Ryzen R7 5700X | B550 Gaming X | 2x16GB G.Skill 3600 | Radeon RX 7900XT
Ryzen R7 5700G | B550 Gaming X | 2x8GB G.Skill 4000 | Radeon Vega 8 IGP
Ryzen R5 5600 | B550 Gaming Edge | 4x8GB G.Skill 3600 | Radeon RX 6800XT

motherboard - Gigabyte X670 AORUS ELITE AX
CPU - AMD 9 7950x3d
Memory kit -G.SKILL Ripjaws S5 Series 64GB (2 x 32GB) DDR5 6000 (PC5 48000) CL 30

if Ripjaws S5 also support AMD then what is the difference in Flare and Ripjaws?

Based on the QVL list for your motherboard, it doesn't appear that Gigabyte has tested that memory kit in that board. It will likely run at the XMP settings but since they haven't certified it you won't know until you try it.

The difference is mainly timings. EXPO is tweaked specifically for AMD.
