Is this a fake ryzen 7 7800x3d?

As the title says i recently got this new cpu mailed to me but im unsure if its a fake one.

The one thing that puts me off are the missing chips in the top left and top right corners of the cpu

I cant check if the cpu works since the motherboard compatible with it hasn't arrived yet

Any confirmation would be appreciated.phs.jpeg

the serial number on the left side is 33142 E

It looks real to me.  You can go here to look for methods to verify you have a real AMD processor.

Did you buy this off an individual or company as I have tried looking for a CPU that is missing the chips and could not find one but not saying  there is not one out there like that. Hope it is legit.

did find this and it is a 7700 and is missing the top chips.
