So I'm gonna buy a ryzen 7000 series cpu because it says it comes with star wars jedi survivor, but do all  7000 cpus on Amazon come with it? Like is there a chance that I don't get jedi survivor at all? Is there a way to get the free game if it doesn't come with the cpu?

Never base your purchase on a promotional game.  If you want that CPU then search for a $$$ that you can justify and buy it.
