HELP! Device Manager Error - "Other Devices": "Device ACPI\AMDI0101\0 requires further installation"

I am getting this message under "Other devices" in my device manger next to a line item that says "Unkown device" with an explanation point.

"Device ACPI\AMDI0101\0 requires further installation."

Running Asus Crossfire Hero 670E / Ryzen 9 7950X3D / 64GB Corsair Ram & ROG Strix RTX 4090
