Recently I bought a used rx 6600 xt. But it doesn't want to work after bios. It sends signal properly up until the driver installation, but it sends no signal just after driver installation. And after the driver, I can only see the boot logo with HDMI.
Which is strange, because the DisplayPorts just work fine, except the part that it doesn't show the boot logo though it can show the bios menu. I just want to know if this is because of the HDMI port being dead or because of the drivers.

It's hard to know if it's a corrupted driver install or a problem with the RX 6600 XT. You also have to wonder why the card was available for sale too. Can you just run with a DP cable and not worry about it? If not, I would try using DDU to remove old artifacts of pervious driver installs and then install a fresh download of the current Adrenalin driver, 24.10.1; oh, use DDU in safe mode too.

I do have a dp monitor but it's not mine.
And also my main monitor only has usb-c's and mini hdmi for input, so it's not easy to use dp cable with my main monitor. We'll at least the dp works so ok
You can also buy an adapter from display port to HDMI (or reverse) from $10 to $20. Maybe that's a good way to go.
