crash and driver issue

Hi I just finished building the pc but it doesn't work properly, after a few minutes that the pc is on or when I try to restart it windows goes to blue screen with errors like “memory manager fail”, “irlq not less or equal” or “kernel security faild”, I already tried to reinsert the processor, ram and video card but nothing worked, I also tried with and without x-amp, I installed the motherboard drivers but it doesn't let me install the video card drivers. I don't have any other hardwere to figure out if the problem is at the component level or is it just windows that installed wrong despite having already reinstalled it several times.
Any idea what my problem might be?

The BSOD errors you report would indicate a memory problem.

Here's the QVL for your board, check if your memory kit has been tested.

I agree with @FunkZ that you probably have a memory problem.  Have you tried swapping around the memory sticks?  Have you tried just running with 32 GB of RAM (2 sticks)?  Have you tried adjusting the memory settings in the BIOS to relax some of the settings?
