brightness changes constantly on Windows 11 desktop with 24.7.1 and higher with HDR enabled

Hi All,   I'm experiencing constant brightness changes in Windows 11 desktop with HDR enabled. Disabling HDR in Windows settings fixes the issue.   This first occurred with 24.7.1 and I hoped 24.8.1 would fix the bug or setting but it hasn't. If I rollback to 24.6.1 the issue doesn't occur.   I'm on a desktop so none of the variable brightness settings are available in Windows or AMD Software to disable for testing (that I can find, I could be wrong).   Does anyone know the different between 24.6.1 and the later releases?   I haven't changed any settings between AMD driver updates, other than disabling HDR in 24.8.1 to stop the brightness issue.   Any help would be greatly appreciated.   5800x3d ROG STRIX B550-F BIOS 3607 ROG PG43U 3840x2160 144hz DP1.4 RX 6750 XT (24.8.1) Windows 11 23H2 22631.4169

I looked at it and marked it "Not Spam". It's because it was showing links to your AMD profile and links usually get auto-classified as spam. I edited your message to ensure the content isn't showing up as a link.
