I suggest you uninstall the 24.6.1 drivers and then use DDU to clean up the remaining files. After that, try installing the 24.7.1 (July 2024 version) and reboot to see if that addresses the problem. A new version of the Adrenalin drivers (probably 24.8.1) is likely to come out next week, so you could even wait for that.
This video shows you how to use DDU to do a clean uninstall of the old video card drivers (in safe mode). They also mention that DDU will uninstall your chipset drivers too, so before you start using DDU, you should have the latest version of the Adrenalin drivers and the AMD chipset drivers downloaded to your desktop.

Assuming you didn't do anything else except for the driver install (such as over-clocking your GPU), I would also go to the AMD site and use the tool download called "Auto-Detect and Install Driver Updates for AMD Radeonâ„¢ Series Graphics and Ryzenâ„¢ Chipsets". See if this updates your motherboards chipset with newer drivers.
It's worth looking at how your GPU is performing while gaming, by monitoring it's power usage and temperature. In fact, monitor the CPU temperature too. You can use the Adrenalin 'performance' tab for these measurements. Tell us how hot your GPU and CPU are getting when you have the numbers.
