I wanted to share the 7950x build I did for my wife this last winter. This was a lot of fun to build.
Ryzen 9 7950x
32GB DDR5 6000 CL30 RAM
Asus Tuf x670e Wifi Mainboard
Dual WD SN850 SSDs (Mirror)
Fractal Torrent Case
Corsair ML series case fans.
Corsair H170i AiO with 6 fans (because uh... reasons)
GeForce 3090
EVGA 1300 Watt PSU
EVGA Nu Audio Sound
Intel X520DA2 Dual SFP+ 10Gbit Nic
Great Job @reutechreutech, Looks awesome and clean. Its a Powerhouse!!
I hope she appreciated the effort you put into that build. It looks great.
Nice! Is she a gamer? If so, what is she playing?
Her current titles are Boulders Gate 3 and PowerWash Simulator.
I call her a high order nerd. Gamer, Coder, Digital Media, and generally smarter than me. TLDR: I've married well.
Love the fractal case! I just finished my first play-through of Baldur's Gate 3. Your wife has great taste in games! 😄
Looks really awesome...
And powerful...
And I notice that lots of people use that case too... Reminds me how little I know and how pc's have changed so much...
Good looking system, except for the intel Graphics card.. a 7900 XT or XTX would have been better IMHO...
Intel graphics card? I only see an Nvidia graphics card in that case. It's a GeForce 3090 too.
I love those fractal cases
