Which ram to choose for the 9 9900x with Asus PRIME X670E-PRO ddr5 motherboard?

Guys I'm new here, I'm building my pc, I work with video production and editing, I've already bought a ryzen 9 9900x and an asus PRIME X670E-PRO ddr5 motherboard, the problem is that I'm not able to decide what would be the ideal ram, this kit is for 192gb of ram, at first I'm going to put 96gb of ram, that would be 2 sticks of 48gb, then I have some doubts

1 - what frequency would be ideal, - taking into account that I am not a user of overclocking or fiddling with power, in fact I don't understand any of this, I just want to work with the best performance and play my games in my spare time

2 - If I opt for 2x48gb of ram now, and then want to add 2 more of 48gb will I be able to get two more of the same, or will I have to put everything new the 192gb of ram in a specific frequency?

If someone can give me a light, I'm grateful.

forgive me , i should have put it in the translator to post in inglish

I'm not the one to help you make the best decision for your RAM purchase.  I usually go with either 32 GB or 64 GB of RAM with my computer builds, but I do believe you want to have much more memory for your video production / editing tasks.  You should check the recommendations from the software packages you are using.  If I had to make a snap decision, I would say four sticks of RAM with a total of 128 GB of capacity.  Also, you should check the Asus website for what that motherboard is capable of handling.  Perhaps DDR5 6000 is the right speed choice though.

Amazon has a 48 GB kit for $175 USD, but it is high-end gaming memory intended for the X670 series chipset of your motherboard.  You could get two kits, or find one 96 GB kit of 2 sticks if that exists.  For the money, I find it hard to go above 96 GB unless you know that your applications will make use of it.  You'll likely end up with 4 sticks and you won't be able to upgrade further unless you remove a least 2 sticks.  It's usually best to not mix memory sticks - keep them all the same manufacturer, same series, same capacity.
