AMD In Surprise Ryzen 5700X3D And 5500X3D Gaming CPU Launch

It seems AMD is far from done with its aging Socket AM4 and soon to launch alongside its two existing 3D V-cache gaming CPUs - the Ryzen 5800X3D and Ryzen 5600X3D are two new models - the Ryzen 7 5700X3D and Ryzen 5 5500X3D.  The two new CPUs sit below their counterparts. For example , the Ryzen 7 5700X3D below the popular Ryzen 7 5800X3D and the Ryzen 5 5500X below the Ryzen 5 5600X3D. Only the Ryzen 7 5800X3D has been available worldwide to purchase with the Ryzen 5 5600X3D limited to Micro Center in the US.  More information here.

The AM4 socket still has some life left in it.The AM4 socket still has some life left in it.

Well... this just gave a new lease on life to a BUNCH of AM4 boards!

Performance over Pretty.

Please in Canada this time, too.

We need to search for these CPUs every few days.  I have no idea when AMD will release them.  Maybe @Sam_AMD has an idea?

If our esteemed Mod Squad has insights, they're probably not allowed to say anything yet.

Seems like a really good idea.  Now there are gaming upgrade paths on the AM4 platform for people across a wide range of financial ability.

For now, it is just a rumor and is quite the opposite of what they said about the 5600X3D. They stated a limited one production run for supply, maybe half a year afaik. I would welcome those new SKUs if they are going to be globally available.

I still search for a “cheap” way to get a 5600X3D to Germany, though.

Sorry for the double post, but anyone saw any kind of update on this rumor?

I still don't see any product available on Newegg.  I doubt they've been released yet.

I also doubt it, on the other hand the 58X3D looks so unbelievable solid in pricing, at least here. They could easily fill the gap with 57X3D.

Newegg has the 5800X3D for just $325 USD right now.  That's a decent deal I think.  Not seeing the 5700X3D or 5500X3D though.

Well in Germany it sits around 300€  which is basically 325$

Since it is release, I hope the price will adjust over time. Right now, the gap is too small to the 58x3d in germany.
