Hi everyone,

Here are my specs,

Windows 10 Professional 64-bit (up to date)

16GB (8x2) HyperX Fury DDR3 1866Mhz RAM

AMD FX 8350 stock clocks

MSI Radeon RX 480 Gaming X 8G (19.5.1)

MSI 990FXA Motherboard (latest BIOS)

The Elder Scrolls of Skyrim is still experiencing low FPS and GPU usage in a lot of areas with the RX 480 (19.5.1 driver) and CPUs such as an i7 870 and FX 8350.

The screenshots that I am attaching is at the entrance of Whiterun, in-game weather conditions does not have an influence on the FPS drop. The GPU can easily handle 150FPS+ in this game, but again it seems to be possibly driver related in certain areas.

I forgot to mention, this is at Ultra Settings (chosen by game detection) and 1920x1080 resolution.

Hi everyone

I am going to mark this thread as solved, since it seems to be CPU-, game- related regardless of using a Nvidia or Radeon GPU, which I have tested myself.
