clBuildProgram prints warnings when compiling for RDNA

I am using Radeon Pro W5700 to run kernels produced by clfft library.

When clfft compiles its kernels, it seems that calling clBuildProgram prints unspecified warnings to the console output:

"1 warning generated"

Here is an output when using rga tool to compile the kernels generated by clfft

Building for gfx1010... 1 warning generated.
succeeded.
Building for gfx1012... 1 warning generated.
succeeded.

1. Is there a way to tell what causes clBuildProgram to print those warnings? It also seems that this isn't an intended behavior of clBuildProgram.

You can try compiler options like "-w" or "-Werror" (clBuildProgram ) to get more information about the warnings. To provide OpenCL compiler options to RGA, use "--OpenCLoption arg"  [see help information ("rga.exe -h -s cl") for usage details].

@dipak, I found the reason for the warning. yet clBuildProgram should not behave this way. it should not print anything to the console. it only occurs when compiling for RDNA architecture.

As I know, we use a new compiler tool-chain for RDNA devices, so it is expected that the clBuildProgram may behave a little differently. It would be helpful if you can provide more information on the warning which is not expected as you think. I'll report it to the OpenCL compiler team if required.

Regarding additional info, it seems that when compiling for RDNA, clBuildProgram prints all warnings to the standard output. This occurs on any program. There is nothing special about the specific program I attached other than the fact that it belongs to a 3rd party software which I did not write. so every time my client loads my program it sees the warnings on the screen.
