What are your Idle Temps?
I just thought it would be interesting to see what people are getting?
GPU current temp 32 - 34c
GPU Junc temp 35 - 38c
CPU 36 - 38c
I'm at the peak of the summer here, 28ºC inside my house and 36ºC Outside, its been awful here with all those wildfires going on :'(
But the Ryujin is a pretty solid AIO.
Just rendered a youtube video and it went no far than 63ºC when it used to peak at +80ºC
Ryzen 2700X CPU Idling at 32ºC
GPU on Zero dB mode, unless I start gaming or editing, so idling at 50ºC with fans off.
RoG RX480 OC @t 1400mhz MAX 67ºC
The temps are not that good but I do not have a single fan over 1000rpm in the system, I'm very picky about the noise.
Ambient temp 80°F|26.5°C, 6x Be Quiet 140mm fans, 4 intake 2 exhaust Modded Segotep Phoenix K3 case (custom mesh front, PSU shroud removed)
280mm AIO intake (cools CPU first), 4x be quiet fans @ 65% @ idle, (270° rotated case, important for GPU hotspot temps, as cases like this tend to greatly increase them for many air-cooled GPUs)
I use Fan Control v121 to allow max temps of either my GPU or CPU to control the fan speeds under sustained load, they are all at 100% when stressed, including GPU fans.
Idle temps:
CPU:
GPU:
Under Load:
CPU: Rendering 4k, Davinci Resolve
GPU: Gaming (4k @ max settings Java Minecraft + shaders)
I have been running a solid and steady 98.6 F for a high percentage of my uptime. 🙂
(This is a great question and shares useful information that can benefit each other!! I will provide actual PC temps when I return to my desktop and start acting my age. 🙂 )
FYI: People need to give ambient temperature to make any meaningful comparisons here.
unfortunately I don't have a thermometer here but if the weather app is even close its 15c here RN, i guess maybe a bit higher as I'm on the 3rd floor of a block of flats.
I'm currently running a project in EU5 with my system pulling 465W total on my Thor 850w PSU screen.
281w of that is the GPU with a junction temp of 75c. GPU is a Powercolor red devil 6900xt with fans set to 0rpm mode, while EU5 is running fans are around the 1500RPM area
7.1w is the CPU with a current temp of 34.1c
CPU is AIO cooled with a artic freezer 360mm fans running full speed (2000RPM i think?)
case contains 4 140mm fans running full speed (2000RPM i think?)
Normally it is 45ºC in summers
while in Winters it is normally 28ºC
while playing games like RDR 2 in summers the temp goes stays around 60-70ºC
In Winters RDR 2 goes around 50ºC
CPU 38c when doing absolutely nothing
GPU 38-40c
Normal web browsing, vid watching, etc 44-50c
GPU when gaming 65-70c
Ryzen 9 3900X/ RX 5700 XT/ Corsair RM 850/ MSI MEG X570 ACE/ Gskill 32 GB 3200/ 1T Sabrent Rocket 4x4/ Seagate ST2000DM008-2FR102 (2T)/ SoundBlaster ZSE/ AMD Wraith Prizm/ Metalic Gear Noe Cube/ 4 - 140 fans
Idle Temps:
CPU: Avg 35 - 36
GPU: current 36
GPU: junction 36
My 5600G is running at about 32-35 celsius right now while web browsing in a room that is 24 celsius. Heatsink is an Enermax with 3 heatpipes and 92mm fan, so nothing too beefy.
My CPU and GPU are both idling around 33C.
I'm using a Ryzen 5 2600x OC'd to 3,800Mhz and a RX580 clocked at 1,450Mhz. The CPU cooler is a ThermalTake 240AIO. Been pretty happy with my temps considering my case is low air flow.
