I would like to use the AMD Radeon Instinct products for my OpenCL project. But I could not find any clusters or cloud services that are open for public. Do AMD have any clusters that let potential buyers or users to experience their AMD Radeon Instinct cards?

Currently we have no plans to sell AMD Instinct products through retail to end-users. Those can only be obtained through OEMs and partners in combination with a system.

What about the access on any cloud or computing clusters? Are there any opportunities for that? I recently applied for AMD Instinct Education & Research (AIER) Initiative. Is this the only way for public to experience AMD Instinct?
