Hi guys, I recently built a pc. When I started testing the PC, I noticed that in Cinebench R23 the CPU doens't as high as the boost of the people.
In cinebench R23 the CPU boosts around 4.700 - 4.725 Mhz, in some scenarios in cinebench it even drops up to 4.650 Mhz.
Can someone explain me why the CPU doesn't boost in Cinebench as high as the other people and why shortly after a new loaded picture the CPU drops under 4.700 Mhz (even 4.600 Mhz) and why sometimes after a shortly new loaded picture the CPU stays stable at 4.700 Mhz?
The most of the time the hot spot temperature is around 81 degrees celsius, yesterday the hot spot temp went about 85 degrees. So is this normal or should I return the CPU back or did I just had one od the "bad" CPU's or is something else wrong? I'm not a very experienced pc guy so every help is appreciated 🙂

- Cooler: Phantom spirit 120 evo
- Case: BeQuiet 500fx
- Expo enabled (32gb 6000 Mhz)
- Cinebench priority normal
- Windows 11
- Test duration 10 min
- room temperature about 21 degrees
- Cinebench Score around 17600 - 17700
