Rx 580 resolution issues [solution]
[TL;DR] - Roll back your drivers to 19.3.1
I was experiencing major issues with my RX580.
Ever since I had installed the 20 series versions of the AMD drivers, When exiting out games to the desktop my screen would not snap back to native resolution,
But instead it would look like a minimized (resized) version of my desktop with a huge black boarder.
I messed with scaling and other settings in the adrenaline software, tried to readjust the windows display resolution settings.
[ Eureka, the solution.. ]
Nothing was working until I uninstalled ALL my drivers using Display driver uninstaller (DDU) and rolled my drivers back to the 19.3.1 drivers I found after searching google.
