I'm thinking X-Ray vision (that I can enable / disable at will) would suffice.  If somebody is packing heat, I certainly don't want to start an argument with them.

If they're packing heat, lower the volume a tad.

I would go with the ability to manufacture things like jetpacks or other tech using only everyday materials and my mind. Basically, I want mind controlled nanites.

Maybe have the ability to encrypt my words so I can talk to someone in public about something private or personal without having to worry about others knowing what I'm saying. Of course the person I'm talking to would have to have the ability to decrypt my words so they could understand what I'm saying. Also, although this is not really a super power, I would LOVE the ability to copy text or ULR off lets say my phones touch screen with my fingers and then past it to my pc, only using my fingers. Basically grabing text off one screen and pasting it to other.

Maybe the ability to project any visuals out of my head/eyes. Want to watch a movie? Who needs a TV, I'll just project one onto the wall in front of me. I suppose I'd need to have some kind of capability to store this kind of data, but basically, I'd want to be a walking Netflix or even a gaming console (play games on the fly).

A mute/close button for my thoughts. Oh man I have so many thoughts running through my head all the time. Also I constantly have music playing in my head. Not sure if it's related to ADHD or not, but I hate it lol.

A superpower related to technology ... Hm.  I liked @cpurpe91's nanite idea.  But I'd want to use it to help others, like cleaning up the planet for various pollutions (and maybe the polluters?).  I could program them to remove the micro plastic particles in the water, or clean the air for CO2 and such things.

Unlimited respawns would be cool, too. That way I could do all the stupid things I wanted to do and NOT chicken out. 🤣
