So i just bought this gaming pc and every time i load into a game it crashes and the screen goes white. what do i need to do to find the solution and fix it?

You should start by giving us the details on what hardware is in your new gaming PC.  If you bought a pre-built system, provide the model version of what you have.

That being said, does your new gaming PC crash while doing other tasks?

Agree 100% with BigAl01!  The more information we have about the situation the more likely folks here will be able to provide you a quick and CORRECT plan of action.

Re-install your GPU drivers and check if all drivers are up to date.

Are any other programs outside gaming have issues or it's only related to 3d graphics?

Run GPU stress tests.
