Does anyone enable the Smart Access Memory in Adrenalin software Tuning.  I first thought it might be due to the incompatibility of the Ryzen Gen 2 CPU.  However I can't enable it on my Ryzen 3900 machine either.  Is there something that I need to enable in the BIOS (both MSI boards MEG X570 ACE and MPG X570 Gaming)

You need to enable resizable bar support.

I tried that after getting your first post.  Didn't seem to do anything.  I haven't tried it on the 3900 with RX5700 yet.  Thunderstorms rolled through about that time and had to disconnect the router.  We live in a very high lightning strike area that travels the phone lines.  They have a grounding problem and of course the lightning seeks the path of least resistance, which would be any computer device.  

I'm not getting an error.  It just tells me that it's not available.  So I assume that it's like Ryzen Master and has a minimum of both CPU and GPU.  With Ryzen Master the minimum CPU is the 3000 series CPU, or at least that is what the release notes tell you.

Thanks for the recommendation.  I sure appreciate it.  I'll try the 3900 and RX 5700 yhis morning and let you know if it helps.

It works on the Ryzen 9 3900 and RX 5700XT and is now enabled.

I was correct on the Ryzen 7 2700X and RX 480.  They are not compatible with the Smart Access Memory.

As of now, it is supported on both the Ryzen 9 3900 and RX 5700XT, and it is now available.

As for the Ryzen 7 2700X and the RX 480, I was correct in my assessment.  Smart Access Memory cannot be used with them because they are incompatible with them.
