hello

i am beginner at FPGA

my cooworker gave me some guide docs to run my code on xilinx PYNQ-Z1

from the beginning of the guide documents

i need to install the environments and the first step is installing VIVADO from xilinx web page

so..

I just want to install vivado and get start FPGA with my xilinx board but...but..

i don't know why

the AMD's official web page does not let me download the softwares

i also tried to change my personal informations and tried for 6 hours to get the license and software 

but... i cannot do anything

i cannot..

i..

i.... just did everything

i changed my pc(physically)

i changed my ethernet(physically)

i changed my browser

i changed my pc's setting..

what should i do?

why am i have to suffer from this unknown situation?

is there anyone can save me from this error?

please give me help T^T
