If you have a AMD graphics card and your playing Fortnite with the rendering mode performance mode you often see low fps and a lot of stutters. The gpu usage is low whenever you play on performance mode specifically with a AMD graphics card. People have been using dx12 to have more stable fps and less stutters. In patch note 22.6.1 AMD have claimed to fixed the problem but yet people still experience stutters till now with performance mode while playing Fortnite. I hope AMD will see this and finally fix this issue.
I have the same issue with 6950xt, on dx12 i have stable 240fps (locked fps) and my graphics card consumption reaches over 200W, in performance mode it is about 100W and it is very noticeable in terms of fps.
