I currently trying to use the RTX 2070 in Maya with Pro Render but its not using the card and is showing its uncertified. Is there a solution to this problem?

Yes all Nvidia cards show up as uncertified. But this is just a message is harmless. ProRender does in fact use Nvidia GPUs without any issues.
It simply means this device isn't explicitly tested.
