Hi,

This could actually be caused by many things. There are some features that are not supported with the full spectrum render. Could you describe how the scene is created - materials, objects, etc.? Or, if you could send the scene to reproduce the issue, that would be even better.

Currently, only RPR materials are supported, and any FX, such as hair, particles, volumes, are not supported.

Hi,

Correct me if I'm wrong: do you have a 7100 GPU, and using Maya 2018?

Hi,

7100 should be fine to use. I was only able to reproduce this on a 7100 GPU system using Maya 2018.
It seems to work for me on Maya 2019 - can you try this version?
I also sent a description of this issue to our developers for further analysis.
