When second monitors on, cannot support 4k HDR 60Hz

Hello, I bought a monitor LG 32UL750 4k HDR 60/30Hz (main monitor) and I use with my old monitor UE28E590 4k 60Hz (sub monitor).

I realize that when I connect the sub monitor, the main monitor automatically changes the resolution to 1080p. To undo this, I need to change the refresh rate of main monitor to 30Hz or turn off HDR.

My Specs:
OS: Windows 11
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 580
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Eight-Core Processor
MB: B450 AORUS M

I don't think that the problem is on the cables, since when I use only the main monitor, it runs perfectly. Maybe is some Windows 11 or GPU setting.
I have already reinstalled GPU Drivers with DDU, updated BIOS, Reinstalled windows, change the Power mode, clean the hardware, disable dynamic refresh rate.

Someone help me pls
