  i was planing to buy a a rx 570 and need to make sure that my psu will run with no problems because i saw online that  *i need a 700 w psu i have  COOLER MASTER 600W ELITE V3

  my pc machine run i7 3770  4 sticks of 2gb ddr3 ram and 1 hdd

Your PSU specs indicate it's a single +12v supply at 46 amps, so it'll be fine with the RX 570.
