My sapphire 5700 XT nitro can turn on or control RGB

Hello guys, i just brought this card on market. It's 2nd hand

I already tested and everething work just fine

The light still works good, then i download TRIXX and boom, my card turn off the led and i can't turn on it again

I'm using B660-A ROG and i've removed AuraSync, removed driver (safe mode DDU), and TRIXX but it still not light up 

Please can anyone help me

You might be able to get better support directly from Saphire. RGB software can be finicky. I gave up on my motherboard RGB because the software interfered with iCue.

 i brought this for the rgb light and now it turned off. maybe i have to contact with sahpphire. thanks for your opinion
