I tried everything i could find on the internet turned of vsync on both grapichs cards like i have switchable graphics card on my laptop. So the fps just goes up to 100 fps for a sec and then goes back down to 60 fps and staying there trying to go up. my graphics card is AMD Radeon R7 M440 and Intel(R) HD Graphics 620. Please help me cause this pisses me off when i play games, I just can't the best out of them.
