My system:
- AMD Graphics Card
- AMD R7 Graphics (it comes with another graphic card when I first got it. However, it went missing and I forgot the name, sorry)
- PC System
- Operating System
- Driver version installed
- AMD Catalyst Control Center
- APU
- RAM
My Issue :
The laptop runs perfectly until it went on blue screen and reboots itself.
After that happened, my graphics went a little bit sluggish, dropping 50% of my usual FPS (games like DoTA and World of Tanks are greatly affected).
I checked into the AMD CCC, and noticed that my Dual Graphic Mode is missing from the option.
Not only that, the app only discover 1 graphic hardware, which was once 2 of them.
I started suspecting some faulty within my softwares, so I decide to factory reset my laptop, but it didn't work, the problem persist.
Can anyone help me with this issue? I will try to feed as many information required as possible. Thanks.
