SInce i changed my graphics card yesterday random flickering pixels appear on my screen when i play csgo. This ONLY happens when i play 4:3 stretched NOT when i play 16:9 or 4:3 black bars. Also this issue doesnt occur when playing other games.
I updated the drivers aswell and tried to update windows, i even reinstalled cs. Still i couldnt make it work,

My Specs:

AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
AMD Radeon rx 5700 xt
32GB Ram

Windows 10 64-bit

Mistake of changing the video card without reset windows. DDU may be of some help but the mess is bad enough to suggest reset windows and try again.
