5700 XT card runs at very high GPU clock speed when idle.

Hello, I have MSI 5700 XT reference design video card. My card runs at very high GPU clock speeds when the system is idle. I was having the same problem at memory clock speed. However, I solved this problem with the CRU program. When the memory clock is idle, it runs at 200 mhz. However, the GPU clock operates at very high 770mhz speeds. This causes the system to heat up in vain. I couldn't find a solution on the Internet. Many users have this problem but there is no solution. NVIDA improves by choosing the optimum power option for the cards. However, there is no such setting in AMD software.

770 MHz gpu on idle is normal.

not normal. AMD does not accept any problems. He says everything is normal. Every new driver spoils things that used to work well in the past. Now I will send you a picture. Values for the old driver. When the card is idle, it needs to run at 7-10mhz speeds. Considering the red marks dots they are talking about a different topic. Don't pay attention to those signs.gpu.jpg

What I’d like to know is that If this is fixable via a driver update or this a design/hardware flaw and I shouldn’t expect any software fix any time soon.

Thanks.
