XFX RX570 blacking out and removing it's own drivers.

I have an XFX RX570 8gb and for the past week or so It has this problem where it randomly blacks out and removes it's drivers.
When it blacks out the PC is still respoinsive but the screen is black and you cannot do anything to get it back on without restarting it.
When you do restart it, it will be at an 800x600 resolution and when you try to open the Radeon software, it gives a prompt saying that it's possible that windows updates removed the driver, so you have to reinstall/repair the driver software for it to work normally again.

Does anyone know if this is a Windows fault or is my GPU faulty?
Thanks in advance.

I think the only thing you can do is send a bug report through the bug report tool or through this link: https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form to let them know that it's not just a few people having black screen issues or other issues after recent driver updates. I suspect it may have something to do with the Windows updates, but I am unsure.

BTW, I crash on all games with my PowerColor Radeon RX 7900 XTX Red Devil.
