curious if anyone else has this card and what temps they are getting for hot spot during gaming sessions. mine currently peaks at like 103 and sits around 92 all the time. curious if i should remount the heatsink and what not. throw some new thermal paste. temps are so high and my fan rpm is like 2500

I don’t think they’re too much different than rdna2 , I’ve got the xfx 6900xt limited black edition, my junction is 78C & edge is around 62C you don’t want more than around 25-30C delta. Your card is on the warmer end tjmax is 110C junction. If you’ve got good air flow with and only once in a while junction hitting 103C during demanding games I’d probably leave it. If it gets up around 108-110C and often I’d repaste and re pad.

my delta is about 35. when it sits at 92 my edge is about 57.

ill have you know i did end up repasting. my delta went from 35-37 to 15. my hot spot doesnt get above 76 now. insane change. idk what they did at the factory with this card but boy oh boy. repasting world of a difference.
