Will x470 series motherboard support radeon rx 5700 ?

I though of buying a Asus x470 pro motherboard which has a pcie 3.0 port. Will it support the rx5700? (but rx5700 is pcie 4.0)

The card supports 4.0, but is backwards compatible as per industry standard.

So yes it will work.
