Because "HD 7400 series" is not a graphics card model, it is a series designation comprised of the HD 7450 and HD 7470. You can either open your computer case and see which GPU you have, or you can use GPU-z's GPU lookup function, however as both use the same driver package, you can choose either one and receive the correct driver download options.
